Re: Is there likely to be a 0.21.3 release?
Roy_043 I was basically going to bury myself away for most of next week, firstly (excluding Arch & Draft) producing a list, testing each cherry pick locally and where necessary (if the folder structure has changed for example) creating branches in my repository for specific PRs. Finally create ...

Re: Unknown file
This has already been reported to the original author and they have submitted a fix https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/pull/12159 this will be reviewed by the Maintainers in their meeting on Monday so it should be merged for the next weekly build either Monday night or possibly Tuesday as they have ...

Re: export to Blender correctly?
I used to use https://github.com/s-light/io_import_fcstd which worked quite well with assemblies such as large Step files imported into FC but I've not tested it on any of Blender 4.x versions.

Re: Can't open Addon Manager
Looks like it was fixed 3 commits after your build as it works using: OS: Linux Mint 20.3 (X-Cinnamon/cinnamon) Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit Version: 0.22.0dev.35859 (Git) Build type: Release Branch: main Hash: 0cdf43925de27f306ba211723b0309432d7ef4b2 Python 3.8.10, Qt 5.12.8, Coin 4.0.0, Vtk 7.1.1,...

Re: MPI installed, but CfdOF cannot find it
As to which version to use, well that's where it gets subjective, if you want pure Windows then you'll have to stick with OpenFOAM version 8 which I believe @thschrader uses and Thomas is way more qualified to comment on this.

Re: Sketcher Construction Geometry created in the wrong coordinates on Fedora 38 Cinnamon
I wouldn't rate it too serious. Ermmm, the whole reason for me finding the regression, I wanted to make two construction lines parallel and when I saw that they weren't even in the correct location then making them parallel was a bit of a non-starter. I did get round the problem, shutdown Fedora an...

Re: MPI installed, but CfdOF cannot find it
knobber welcome to the forum, I've migrated off Windows but I still have a Win7 partition for testing. My understanding of OpenFOAM v2212 is that it's installed under Windows Subsystem for Linux which in English means it's a Linux installation and you open a specific shell to access OpenFOAM. If my...

Re: Sketcher current 0.22main issues toolbar
Do you really build an OS? Sounds like a lot of work. I've had to take a snapshot before the last big Material Wb update, at present I can't do a Git Bisect of any commits around December as it gives false negatives. So when I next do a full update I need to start again, another deep regression tha...
