... j'étais persuadé de pouvoir faire une coque ... Les outils d'habillage (Congé, Chanfrein, Dépouille, Évidement) sont assez sensibles au solide sur lesquels ils s'appliquent. Ils ne fonctionnent pas toujours ou pas comme on s'y attend. Et quand ça veux pas, ça veux pas. Si ces outils fonctionnen...

Std_DependencyGraph shows a problem : the sketch should not be attached to the Alu-Plate imho.

To fight TNP, you should :
* not attach sketch to face
* do fillet inside sketch
Using 'reversed' option for the 1st Pad, you could use XY-plane for all further sketches or text.
Chamfer could select the upper face instead of all circular edges.
