I don't think so, but there were issues with AddonManager. I have removed and reinstalled my addons, and now it works as expected.

The source code is freely available. As a pure guess I would say that some effort was invested to turn the text.

Die finde ich nicht einmal. Ich habe noch 19.2 und 19.3 installiert. Dort passiert mit den selben und in alten Versionen gezeichneten Bauteilen, das gleiche. Da ich die kaum nutze kann es mit Einstellungen nicht zusammen hängen. Das stimmt nicht. Diese Versionen benutzen dieselbe Konfigurationsdatei.
