Using Ondsel ES cloud

Ondsel appears to be claiming as cloud-based.

However, after I have logged into Ondsel, I can't see how I can access the web-based editor.

So is it possible to build or edit projects online? Or is Ondsel only exist as a client-based software?

Web-based FreeCAD

I just wonder are there any websites hosting FreeCAD online where users can run FreeCAD with a web browser?

Re: Sketcher - how to implement arcs and tangent constraints to form closed sketch used for revolution

I have just successfully redone the profile. The whole thing only took me 15 minutes. Construction lines are really helpful. The only thing is that when I tried to input the final 32.5mm horizontal constraint, the solver failed to solve. It only accepts a value no larger than 32.1mm. I suspect perha...

Re: Sketcher - how to implement arcs and tangent constraints to form closed sketch used for revolution

Actually it makes more sense to toggle the lines to construction mode since they are 'construction' lines. But it is important to remember that a construction line is only for reference in the sketch, it does not form an edge in the solid. Also the sketch is useless in PD WB unless it is contained ...

Re: Sketcher - how to implement arcs and tangent constraints to form closed sketch used for revolution

....After I have done this step, then how can I trim the unnecessily line so that the sketch can be revolved? Sketcher Trimming Thanks for your heads up. I have now implemented the curves on the wheel profile. However, when I tried to specify the 32.5mm horizontal constraint, it says "invalid ...

Say if you implement your locomotive in assembly 4, which will import 4x your wheel with radius of 30mm, and 6x of your wheel with radius of 60mm, then how would you do it?

Sketcher - how to implement arcs and tangent constraints to form closed sketch used for revolution

I am trying to draw the railway wheel with the wheel profile as depicted in the attached image. In this wheel profile, it defines some lines which are used as tangents for the arcs. I just manage to draw all non-arc features in the profile, and the lines being used as tangents for the arcs in the pr...

Re: Using sketcher and expression engine to draw railway wheel with wheel profile and user-specified diameter

Thank you very much for the youtube links. I now have a much better idea on how spreadsheet works. Now, let's consider the situation where the user first creates in a separated file a generic part, for example, a spoked wheel that has diameter as the only variable, that can be used in other assembli...
