You can just RMB on an empty space of the toolbar tray.

I don't understand this. When I move the toolbar outside the toolbar tray, it is not removed but is transformed to a floating toolbar. So AFAIK wherever I move it, it's not removed.

It's not very practical to remove a toolbar.

We have to go View / Toolbar, then guess the toolbar name and disable it.

It could be very practical to have an option like "remove toolbar File" in the context menu (when user right-click on the toolbar's moving area).
