Re: Change backgroundcolor of TreeView
Add this to your theme qss file in the last line ignore the rest. This one should overwrite any other mention. QTreeView { background-color: #444444; /* background of a lot of stuff including spreadsheets.*/ } Properties is a bit diffcult since it has columns and cells. but the same code as above an...

Re: FreeCAD 1.0 Logo Refresh
Since submission are closed and the forum is still open lets pillage it and talk about it. First of all everyone really nice work! I am a big fore stander for a more modern looking logo, not something similar as the old one. And for now this is my favorite, looks super clean especially on small scal...

Re: FreeCAD 1.0 Logo Refresh
Please no AI usage, I think we need to copyright the logo too stop scammers from using it too sell freecad on digital stores like the MS store.
Copyrights on AI is currently way too vague so it's probably better too avoid it.
If I'm wrong about this, let me know.

Re: A new take on the UI. FreeCAD Nut.
Offcourse they want to own all the data, how else will they be able to upgrade the free-plans to paid subscription models. We all know it will be coming. Just a matter of when. But anyway a lot of data that is generated there wouldn't exist anyway so I kinda don't care, but we really need some...

Re: A new take on the UI. FreeCAD Nut.
There is obviously a demand for something like Discord. And obviously most here would prefere a more Foss direction for this demand. But we don't have one atm, so until we got something better it fulfills this need and the pros seems to outway the cons atm, in my opinion. In short if you want people...

Re: New icon for Fit all
Last although very clear, it is to similar too expand window. What about the one with a magnifying glass inside a cut frame ? Don't you like it ? Uhhh you kinda could use that only issue I see is we have box-zoom. And it pretty much more box zoom than fit all. Not sure who uses box-zoom but it is t...

You mind lending some of your design skills for a new logo? I really would like to see what you can come up with?

We can try to put it in a circle instead of a square, since we don't have round windows.
