It works fine when I changed to linuxcnc post processor

If you look at the tooltable on your machine you will probably find the value of .25 in z offset columb for the tool number used in freecad You can just change it to Zero

Looks like posting "--no-tlo" in the post processor fixes it. Not to waste anyone's time but I am curious to know where this is being generated and where it is getting its values from. I can't find anything in the tool edit area? Regardless, thanks again for your help If you are using Lin...

I have attatched the freecad file seperately It seems the bullnose shape will not resolve into a uniform path. Must struggle with the irregular face shape being neither fully flat or fully curved. A ball end mill, and even a plain endmill produce uniform paths Brilliant thankyou so much. Regards John
