Re: Workbenches and tools

...Fasteners would be imo better as a part of assembly... Since everybody on interweb has an opinion (or two, or more...) here is my opinion: keep Fasteners wb separate from Assembly wb. Re: Being seriously frustrated with FreeCAD

It strikes me as odd and low-effort to try out freecad without assistance after 5 years, expect it to work like solidworks, and then come here to necropost a 9 year old forum discussion to complain about TNP with scant information about what you did and then signing off with 'google me'. I resisted...

Re: Recompute failed!

... can someone help me figure out how I would have found that? read my reply about "Elements" I continued trying to build this sketch... you have totally ignored my advice about KISS (keep it simple s****) I'm not sure where you see any additional information. Screenshot_20240401_161159....

Re: Recompute failed!

somewhat simplified sketch (there are many other ways...) would look like this: Screenshot_20240401_145316.png and a file, for you to play with: hose_block_bambuko.FCStd BTW, some questions: - why are you using datum plane - your sketch is not attached (I left it as it was, not because it is OK ;) )
