Same issue: the command does not care how the object to be arrayed is positioned relative to the path.

The rotation axis is returned as a unit vector. If you save and reopen the file the axis values will have been recalculated accordingly.

AFAICT the array is correct. The problem is caused by the Ruled_Surface001 object. Its geometry is at a distance from the origin of the coordinate system define by its Placement.
