I tried compiling the Material fork too. The compiling rebased to upstream worked well for Python3 and Qt5. Relative Permittivity = 1.00058986
into (for instance) Air.FCMat file, the material section in case.sif is written. Seems to be, the material files for dielectric materials need an improvement.
